The hospital room was sterile white, contrasting sharply with the throbbing pain in your shoulder. You idly traced patterns on the rough blanket covering your injured leg, boredom creeping in. A knock at the door startled you, and in walked a familiar shock of green hair.

"Hey, (Y/N)," Izuku greeted, his smile wide. "How are you feeling?"

"Like I got hit by a truck," you replied with a groan, "which, technically, I did."

Izuku chuckled and pulled up a chair beside your bed. "I saw the news report. You were so brave, taking down those villains by yourself."

"Brave, stupid, potato, potahto," you waved dismissively. "But seriously, it was nothing compared to what you do every day. You're the real hero, Deku."

He blushed, his freckles standing out against his pale skin. "Thanks, (Y/N). That means a lot coming from you."

The conversation flowed easily, ranging from your injury to Izuku's latest hero work. You found yourself talking more than usual, enjoying the company and the normalcy his presence brought.

Suddenly, the door swung open again. Katsuki stormed in, his crimson eyes narrowed. "Tch, what the hell are you doing here, Deku?"

"I just came to visit (Y/N)," Izuku replied, his voice slightly nervous.

Katsuki's glare intensified as he focused on you. "You finished?" he barked.

You blinked, suddenly feeling self-conscious under his gaze. "Uh, yeah, I think so," you stammered.

Katsuki strode towards you, his jaw clenched. "Good. Then let's get out of here."

He grabbed your hand, his grip surprisingly gentle despite his rough demeanor. You couldn't help but notice Izuku's crestfallen face as you were pulled out of the room.

In the hallway, Katsuki stopped abruptly, his back to you. "You talk too much," he mumbled, his voice barely above a whisper.

You frowned, a strange pang of hurt hitting you. "What are you talking about, Katsuki?"

He hesitated before turning to face you, his cheeks slightly flushed. "You were practically flirting with Deku in there," he accused, his voice tight.

You stared at him, dumbfounded. "Flirting? Katsuki, we were just talking!"

"Yeah, well, it looked pretty damn flirty to me," he retorted, crossing his arms.

A wave of annoyance washed over you. "Are you seriously getting jealous of Deku? He's just my friend!"

"Friend, huh?" he scoffed. "Then why were you looking at him like that? And why did you keep giggling at his stupid jokes?"

You opened your mouth to argue, but the words died in your throat. You realized that Katsuki, in his own explosive way, was trying to express his feelings.

"Katsuki," you began softly, taking his hand in yours. "I wasn't flirting. I was just happy to see Izuku. But I'm happy to see you too, even more so."

He stared at you for a moment, his expression unreadable. Then, a small smirk played on his lips. "You better be," he said, his voice gruff but the tension gone.

You smiled back, feeling a warmth bloom in your chest. "Don't worry, I am."

You leaned in, your lips brushing against his ear. "And I only have eyes for you, my grumpy explosion boy."

Katsuki's cheeks turned a deeper shade of red, but he didn't pull away. Instead, he leaned into you, his hand finding yours. He squeezed it gently, and for a moment, the world around you faded away. All that existed was the feeling of his hand in yours and the unspoken love that flowed between you.

The moment your lips brushed Katsuki's ear, you felt a spark. It wasn't just the warmth of his skin, but something deeper, a connection that transcended words. As you leaned in closer, you could hear the steady beat of his heart, a drum solo echoing against your own.

Time seemed to slow down, stretching the anticipation until it was almost unbearable. Then, finally, his lips met yours. The kiss was hesitant at first, a gentle exploration of each other's mouths. But soon, it deepened, becoming more passionate and urgent. You tasted the familiar flavor of mint and coffee, and you clung to him like a lifeline.

His hands cupped your face, his fingers tracing the contours of your cheekbones. He pulled you closer, pressing his body against yours until there was no space between you. You felt the heat of his skin through the thin fabric of your hospital gown, and a shiver ran down your spine.

It felt like an eternity before you finally broke apart, gasping for breath. His eyes were smoky with desire, and his lips were slightly swollen from the kiss. You reached up to touch them, your fingers tracing the outline of his mouth.

"I love you," Katsuki whispered, his voice rough with emotion.

The words sent a jolt through you, and you couldn't help but smile. "I love you too," you whispered back, your heart overflowing with joy.

He leaned in again, and this time, the kiss was different. It was slower, more tender, filled with love and affection. You felt yourself melting into him, your worries and anxieties fading away. In his arms, you felt safe, loved, and cherished.

When you finally pulled away, you were both breathless and smiling. You stared into each other's eyes, the unspoken words hanging heavy in the air.

"I promise I'll be here for you, always," Katsuki said, his voice firm.

You nodded, tears welling up in your eyes. "I know you will."

He pulled you into another tight hug, and you held on to him for dear life. In that moment, you knew that you had found your forever.

And so, as you lay there in his arms, the world around you faded away. There was only you and Katsuki, two souls intertwined in a love that burned brighter than any explosion.

The warmth of his embrace filled you with a sense of belonging you hadn't known before. In that moment, tucked safely in his arms, the sterile hospital room transformed into a haven of comfort and love. The world outside ceased to exist, replaced by the soft symphony of his heartbeat and the gentle rise and fall of his chest against yours.

Your fingers played with a stray strand of his ash-blonde hair, savoring the feeling of its soft texture against your skin. His hand found yours, intertwining their fingers, a silent promise of unbreakable connection. Neither of you spoke, the weight of unspoken emotions hanging in the air, a testament to the depth of your love.

As the minutes melted into hours, a sense of peace and contentment settled over you. The pain in your shoulder became a distant reminder of your strength, of the battles fought and won. In Katsuki's embrace, you found solace and healing, a newfound understanding of the power of love.

Finally, the sun began to dip below the horizon, casting long shadows across the room. A gentle tug filled you with a sense of longing as you reluctantly pulled away from Katsuki's embrace. He looked down at you, his crimson eyes filled with a tenderness that melted away your last doubts.

"I'll be back tomorrow," he promised, his voice laced with a gruff affection.

You smiled, a feeling of warmth blooming in your chest. "I know you will."

As you watched him leave, your heart brimming with love, you knew that this was just the beginning of your forever. The future, though uncertain, held the promise of countless shared moments, adventures, and unwavering support. In each other, you had found not just love, but a safe harbor, a place to call home.

And as you drifted off to sleep, the image of Katsuki's face, etched with love and devotion, remained imprinted in your mind, a reminder that you were never truly alone, that you had found your forever in the most explosive way possible.
